Accompanying help/Drivers:
- No designated arrangement at property for accompanying help/drivers. Arrangements are available at road head near parking. Food and stay options are available there at nominal prices. It is best if driver himself negotiate with guest house/restaurant owners. All the nearby guest houses have cellular connectivity, so you can remain in touch.
- In case if you want help/driver to stay at the property itself, do confirm with us in advance, and if possible for us, we can allow help/driver to stay in staff cottage. In this case, stay to be charged at 350 INR per day and food to be billed extra.
Booking Confirmation:
Booking to be confirmed only when minimum 50% payment is realized with ZeroStay Nest N Trek.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings to be charged at 10%.
- Cancellations made between 15-28 days of Check-in date will incur 25% cancellation charge of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made between 8-15 days of Check-in date will incur 50% cancellation charge of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made in the last 7 days prior to Check-in date will incur 100% cancellation charge of the total package cost. No Show also incurs a 100% cancellation of the total charge.
- Taxes (if applicable) not to be refunded in any case.
- Refund amount to be processed in 10 business days from Check-in date.
